We only read your systems
We connect to your ERP, CRM and other sources to read, never to write. Depending on the system, through its official connection, a copy of the database or the files it already exports.
We come in through access you control
We work with dedicated users inside your account, with only the permissions they need. You can see what they do and revoke them at any time.
Everything is encrypted
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your system passwords are never written down in any file.
Everything is logged
Every query is recorded: who saw what and when, on your team and on ours.
When we're done, it's yours
You revoke our access and keep the platform running, with its documentation, for whoever you choose to operate it.
Common questions
Do I have to change my ERP or my systems?
No. The platform connects to what you already use and only reads the information. Your operations stay the same.
Where does my information live?
In a cloud account under your company's name. We build it and run it, but it's yours.
How long until it's up and running?
The foundation, with two or three sources, takes four to eight weeks. After that, new sources and reports are added.
Do I need to hire a data team?
Not to start. We can run the platform for you, and if you build your own team later, they take it over fully documented.
Is this the same as a Power BI dashboard?
The dashboard is what you see; the platform is what makes that dashboard correct and keeps it updated on its own. You can keep using Power BI on top of it.
